I'm Heather G., the breeder behind Lucy's Standards located in Belgrade, MN. We breed AKC Registered Standard Poodles and utilize Puppy Culture practices in our breeding program. All puppies are raised in our home with our children, other dogs, and cat. We raise our puppies to be very social and ready to interact with all sorts of people in a variety of situations.

"The price includes basic AKC Registration puppy resource folders, vet check, first round of vaccinations, microchip, deworming, puppy socialization, and goodie bag including a blanket, toy and food. Paying a deposit will reserve a puppy. Deposits are transferable between puppies and litters."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Full Embark Panel, von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Generalized, Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
