Q. & A. with Marri
Why did you start breeding?
It was a chance of fate to become a breeder. My first Swedish Vallhund Mena is my heart dog, my bond with her was very strong from the first day. I was originally getting just a pet with no intention to go on this journey but her breeder saw my passion for the breed and mentored me. I am so thankful for her I wouldn’t be here without her.
What makes your program special?
I have been very lucky to be mentored by some phenomenal folks, including breeders overseas. I strive to remain true to the vision Sweden has for the breed. My dogs are shown in various venues and some also compete in performance.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include gray and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
