Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica H., the breeder behind Magnolia Creek Corgis located in Straughn, AL. We utilize over 20 years of experience to ensure we are always making the best pairings when it comes to producing the BEST quality Corgi puppies in every aspect including health, temperament and of course, good looks! Connecting with amazing families to place our puppies with is my passion!

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love and interest in animals was sparked as a young child. This love of animals eventually became a passion for producing healthy, good looking animals with great temperaments - with a focus on really evaluating each animal and striving for improvement with each generation. I've spent 20 years gaining experience and now enjoy watching our past babies thrive in their forever homes.
  • What makes your program special?

We focus on giving our puppies the best start possible. This starts at the parents—their health, structure, and temperaments. We make the best possible pairings to produce the best possible pups. Once born, we implement several protocols to ensure they go home healthy, happy, well-socialized and well started on crate and potty training. Come join our amazing community that is our MCC family!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include fawn, red, sable, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include fawn and white, blue merle and white, red and white, red merle and white, sable and white, sable merle and white, black and tan, fawn, sable, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Jessica was great and responded so fast to all my questions. Being a first time dog owner was a littler nerve wracking but she was very helpful and made the process less stressful. We got goose at 13 weeks since we were waiting to find the right puppy that matched our personality. He is crate trained and partially potty trained. He slept through the night fully on his 5th day home. We are so happy we found Magnolia Creek Corgis.

We had an amazing experience with Jessica! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure Butters was going to the right home. She answered all of our questions, kept us updated throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress free. Most importantly, Butters is the sweetest little boy. He has such a wonderful temperament, is healthy, happy, and clearly came from a breeder who puts a lot of love and care into her puppies. We couldn't be happier with our experience and are so grateful to Jessica for bringing Butters into our lives. Highly recommend!

Welcoming Cane Sebastian to our family has been one of the best decisions ever! 🐶💚 He is the sweetest little boy — so playful, energetic, loving, and full of personality. He has already brought so much joy, laughter, and happiness into our home, and we couldn’t imagine life without him already. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about Magnolia Creek Corgis. Jessica has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She is incredibly prompt with communication, so helpful, and truly cares about her corgis and the families they go to. From questions before bringing Cane home to continued support afterward, she has been wonderful every step of the way. If you are looking for a corgi breeder, we highly recommend Magnolia Creek Corgis! 🧡🐾
