I'm Lisa N., the breeder behind Magnolia Trace Corgis located in Tishomingo, MS. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. Raising puppies has been so much fun, although we take our role in raising them seriously. Breeding has helped us share the joy of our dogs with other families & individuals.

Why did you start breeding?
I originally started out breeding in 2012 with Great Danes. I fell in love with Corgis after my husband got Minnie for my birthday.What makes your program special?
My program is special because I pour my heart into my puppies. They are all vetted from puppies to adult. We ensure all puppies are microchipped and we take back any puppies from owners if they are no longer able to care for their babies. This ensures no puppies from us ever end up in shelters or at rescues.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are black and tan. American Corgi puppies are blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Litter update on 20 Mar 2025 •…We start vaccines at 4 week. Our vet is currently in the middle of opening her own clinic (yay). So we got to visit her at her house where her lovely assistant JuJu (a gsp) said hello to our babies. They have gotten 2 vaccines so far at 4 and 5. When they go back at 6 weeks they will get their full exam with fecal and microchip.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
