I'm Beth B., the breeder behind Majesty SharPei located in Fairfield, TX. I focus on intentional breeding so that I can produce quality puppies that are excellent representations of the standard. I am dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming my pups. I love what we do and truly want nothing more than to see each and every one of my puppies shine!

Why did you start breeding?
My first SharPei was given to me by a client from the animal hospital I worked at. I bred a few litters throughout the years but only recently got into it seriously when I purchased my first show dog.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are health tested and are mostly finished champions- from champion to Platinum Grand Champion. I breed mostly for companion pets with attention to temperament and health. I have occasionally sold a show dog but usually, keep them for myself to show.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Beth partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
