Meet the breeder

I'm Judie W., the breeder behind Manor Hills Shih Tzus located in Pennsylvania. Our puppies are raised in our home, and we strive to raise them with confidence and adaptability so they are ready to thrive with their new families. Our puppies are well socialized with smells, sounds, and other animals. All of our puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed and go home healthy.

Q. & A. with Judie

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love for the breed began when I fostered a small Shih Tzu girl who had been surrendered to the veterinary office where I worked. I quickly fell in love with her personality and the incredible charm of the breed. That experience inspired me to share these amazing little dogs with others, and I’m truly looking forward to this new journey with such a special breed.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
