I'm Judie W., the breeder behind Manor Hills Shih Tzus located in Pennsylvania. Our puppies are raised in our home, and we strive to raise them with confidence and adaptability so they are ready to thrive with their new families. Our puppies are well socialized with smells, sounds, and other animals. All of our puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed and go home healthy.

Why did you start breeding?
My love for the breed began when I fostered a small Shih Tzu girl who had been surrendered to the veterinary office where I worked. I quickly fell in love with her personality and the incredible charm of the breed. That experience inspired me to share these amazing little dogs with others, and I’m truly looking forward to this new journey with such a special breed.Where do your breeding dogs live?

She has a heart full of love for people and other dogs, paired with just the right amount of attitude to keep everyone on their toes. A true lap dog at heart, she’s happiest curled up with her person, but don’t let that fool you, she loves car rides and absolutely refuses to miss out on any fun. Brave, confident, and bold, she carries herself like she knows exactly who she is. She’s the smartest of all our “littles,” figuring things out quickly and always staying one step ahead. And when it comes to mealtime? She never misses it , ever. 🍽️ Big personality, bright mind, and a whole lot of charm packed into one little red-headed firecracker. ❤️

Faith is my 12-pound Shihchon and the definition of cozy comfort. She’s a proud couch potato, happiest curled up on the couch or stretched out on the bed, soaking in all the softness life has to offer. Warm weather is her absolute favorite—sunny days are her vibe—while cold weather? Hard pass. Faith gets along well with other dogs, though she has a tiny bossy streak that lets everyone know she’s aware she’s in charge. She’s low energy, super loving, and incredibly friendly, the kind of girl who makes every quiet moment feel warmer just by being there
