I'm Kimberly M., the breeder behind MarmeDuke Doodles located in Linden, MI. Our mission is to raise healthy, happy, adorable puppies and connect loving families with their new best friend! We breed with a focus on health and temperament, and we have years of experience in preparing puppies for their forever homes. We spend lots of time socializing and training our pups so they will have a great foundation of good behavior and neurological development.
Q. & A. with Kimberly
Why did you start breeding?
We were so impressed with the genetics of our Labradors back in 2004 that we wanted to continue their lines. After a few years of breeding labs we discovered the hypoallergenic breeds. With a family full of allergies we decided to add to our program the Doodles. Their wonderful personalities and intelligence we couldn't resist.
What makes your program special?
The care and attention we give our adults and pups. They are raised in our home not a kennel. They get attention from our children and grandchildren so they are very well adapted to people, friendly, and well trained prior to going to their fur-ever home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include tiny and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include brown, red, sable, black, black and white, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Labrador Retriever puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Program update on 06 July •
Lyra is living her best life adapting well to a free roam environment. Playing with the other fur babies. She loves the water. I would call her anxiety a heighten Spence of awareness. Not so much anxiety. There is nothing physically wrong with her she just needed to be a dog and not a caged animal. She does so well having room to run free. We haven’t witnessed any aggression or biting.

Lyra is back in our home to evaluate her. She has not been spayed yet. We recommend you wait until her first heat cycle. She loves to play with the another pups in the house. She is anxious but trainable. She started Anti-anxiety meds almost two weeks ago and is doing well. She hates loud noises like trains and motorcycles going bye but doing better each day.

EVERYTHING went perfect. Kimberly and I were in constant contact regarding our Pup. We flew in to pick him up. She brought the puppy to the airport and assisted with LLC necessary paperwork. Whiskey formerly known as Heath is a happy and healthy puppy. He's a great addition to our family. He loves our Berner. They are great pals.
