I'm Jessica M., the breeder behind Martinez Goldens located in Victorville, CA. Our dogs have been tested and cleared of any genetic health disease. We focus on both the temperament and socialization of all our Retrievers. From the time our puppies are born, they are handled by members of my family and myself, as well as interact with other dogs and sounds. We would be thrilled to introduce you to your next beloved companion!
Q. & A. with Jessica
Why did you start breeding?
The love and passion we have for this breed brought us to the desire of wanting to preserve the wonderful qualities we found within our own dogs. The fulfillment of seeing new puppies born, watching them grow, and helping shape them in their first few weeks of life is also unlike any other experience!
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are a part of our family first a foremost. Martinez Desert Goldens is committed to only producing a litter when our breeding dogs meet or exceed the careful guidelines for quality that are essential to improving this incredible breed. We want our mom to be as comfortable as possible while giving birth, and for our puppies to have a safe and loving environment, their first few weeks of life.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
