I'm Alison D., the breeder behind Mastiff Family located in Huntsville, AL. Our puppies are raised in our home and handled from day one. We provide early socialization, sensory enrichment, and ENS, while evaluating each puppy's development and temperament from 2 weeks of age to help them grow into confident, well-rounded companions.

Why did you start breeding?
My love for dogs and my passion for reproductive health naturally came together and led me to breeding. It simply felt right. Breeding has always felt like both a privilege and a responsibility, and my goal is to preserve the qualities that make each breed special.What makes your program special?
Our dogs aren't just breeding dogs. They are family, and every litter is treated that way. From their nursery spaces to the care we put into every stage of pregnancy, birth, and puppyhood, we go all in. We take our breedings seriously because we aren't just raising puppies. They're our babies, brought to you by OUR babies.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Alison partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Our breeding dogs are DNA health tested and OFA evaluated, with health testing results available. Non-refundable deposit required to reserve your puppy choice. Deposit is deducted from pups total price.”

Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
