“We want to make sure each puppy will make a good fit for the family it will be joining. Matching will start at 6 weeks and go in order of deposit placed.”

“Boys $2750 and girls $3200. Refundable deposit until puppy is 4 weeks of age. Non-refundable deposit after 4 weeks of age.”
Jessica may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. CUTENESS OVERLOAD!!! We had a buyer back out so now there is a sweet baby girl still unreserved! Puppy matching will be done in a couple weeks (6-7 weeks old). They’re at such a fun age!

What a dream life! We’re so lucky to have these 12 perfect puppies. They’ll be 4 weeks old tomorrow! 🐾😍 they’ve moved to eating their food in the crates/kennels to develop positive feelings being in there!

Tried some puppy mush! Just 3 of them were interested so far, but they’ve been still hungry after nursing so we wanna help them learn to eat puppy mush! They’re growing SO good and are all growing faster than our last litter. I’m so proud of these babies and their mama!

I LOVE this puppy stage! Their eyes are open and they’re walking and playing with each other! We always love finding what silly position they’re sleeping in. They’re able to go longer between feedings and it’s been fun letting them explore outside of their pen around the house and see their personalities coming out.

12 days old!! I’m so obsessed with these squishy potatoes. They’re all eating and growing great! Still 2 girls and 3 boys left available.

Irish Setter
About Queenie
Queenie is the epitome of a good dog! She wants to make everyone happy, loves belly rubs, wants to play fetch and go on walks, never jumps on kids, lets kids even climb all over her. She is super submissive and lets me brush her teeth and just lays down and lets me brush out the tangles in her hair. Queenie doesn’t have a bad bone in her body, just made of pure goodness.
Good health testing
Good level
McClellan Setters reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Irish Setters.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
