Expected Havanese litter
Due Oct. 2025
I'm Karen Marie D., the breeder behind Meadowview Havanese located in Southwick, MA. I produce pups that will continue to excel in their chosen field, whether that be working, showing, or as an active companion. My dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family. I prepare all of my pups to excel in life. This amazing breed is what my life revolves around and I'm honored to share them with the rest of the dog community!

"We require a non refundable deposit of $250.00, when a family is placed on our active litter wait list. Once confirmed that you are a family that is on our current litter list (usually after the litter has been born) then we require a deposit of $500.00 to secure your commitment to us that you are a future family for one of our puppies. This deposit is deducted from the purchase price of the puppy. The balance will be due 48 hrs before you are scheduled to pick up your puppy. IF you are unable to take your puppy because of a change in your family circumstances, your deposit will be applied to the next available litter."
Karen Marie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Karen Marie offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Karen Marie directly.
