I'm Megan T., the breeder behind Megan Toeller located in Memphis, TN. All breeding stock is titled in conformation, performance and companion events. Parents of litters are always fully health tested according to the Great Dane Club of America recommendations. We breed for structure and temperament, and only breed when we are looking to keep something to continue.
Q. & A. with Megan
Why did you start breeding?
I have always been competitive and as a young child I really wanted to get into showing dogs as a sport. After years in animal welfare, I decided I needed a balance from seeing so many dogs being surrendered to shelters because they did not have a reputable breeder standing behind them. I purchased my first Great Dane in 2018, got into showing and titling, then bred my first litter in 2022.
What makes your program special?
I offer lifetime breeder support for anything and everything. I am always available to answer any questions about training, health, etc.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and white, mantle merle, harlequin, mantle, merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

About Suri
Suri is the typical Dane, highly biddable, great off switch and has never met a stranger. She is always very willing to do what I ask of her even if she would rather be snoozing in the bed. She is highly treat motivated which has very obviously been passed down into her puppies.
Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
