Stormy W.

Breeder of Golden Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Stormy W., the breeder behind Meirzah Golden Retrievers located in Powell, TN. We strive to breed Golden Retrievers for health, intelligence, good temperament, & sound structure. Puppies are raised with the Puppy Culture protocol. Puppies are structurally evaluated & temperament tested between 7 & 8 weeks, so that puppies can be matched with the appropriate family environment.

Q. & A. with Stormy

  • Why did you start breeding?

It wasn't until around 10/2018, that my interest in becoming an ethical breeder began, so I joined many Golden Retriever FB groups, including some specific to breeders. I made a point to develop relationships with many GR breeders and enthusiasts, so that I could begin to learn all that I possibly can. There are several great breeders that I consider to be wonderful mentors and friends.
  • What makes your program special?

In a country filled with irresponsible breeders, I feel with all of my heart, that I have much to offer. You can rest assured that all of my litters, will have parents with testing that meets or exceeds the GRCA Code of Ethics recommendations. Litters are raised on Puppy Culture & are evaluated for structure & temperament tested for proper placement. Puppy buyers will also get lifetime support.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
