Meet the breeder

I'm Litsa L., the breeder behind Mert's Creek Miniature Schnauzers located in Crestview, FL. We are a small in-home breeder of Miniature Schnauzers out of Crestview Florida. First and foremost we want all our Schnauzers happy & healthy. We raise all of our adults and pups in a home setting environment with our family. Pups all leave our home very well socialized with other dogs & people and excited and ready to meet their families. We have made the decision moving forward that all pick-ups will now be in a safe/public meeting location. Their are to many risks involved allowing potential puppy parents into our home. This is for the safety of our dogs, pups and ourselves. We do not allow any new pups to be on outside ground, nor recommend it until all puppy vaccinations are complete (this includes veterinarian floor) this is for their safety and health. Before new owners leave with a puppy they will have been to the Vet twice. One visit for tail docking, dew-claw removal and exam at 2-5 days old and one visit for first set of puppy vaccinations, fecal float and health exam. All will be dewormed, vaccinated, groomed and leave with a "going home bag", including a container of current food, toys, bed and any paperwork (puppy registration papers, vet record, etc.) Once deposit is paid to secure your pup weekly photos will be sent (most cases every couple days) to see the progress your pup is having.   • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Litsa

Litsa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Litsa partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes puppy registration papers, up-to-date vaccinations and exam, worming, tail docking and dew claw removal. I also send puppies home with a "Going Home Bag". We require a non-refundable deposit of $200. Deposits are non-refundable if buyer changes their mind for any reason. A deposit is to secure puppy of your choice.”

Litsa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Litsa was a pure joy to work with. Once we chose our new puppies, Thelma and Louise, she provided many pictures as we waited to pick them up at 8 weeks old. We picked up the puppies and she provided all the necessary documents, vet records and goody bags! Our new puppies were groomed and ready to go home.     Litsa was the best! She kept us informed about our puppy’s progress with pictures and videos and messages about her.     It was so easy and pleasant to work with Litsa I also liked having the security of Good Dog and communication was excellent. I had a very different experience with a different breeder. I met her in Tallahassee as I live in Orlando. She arrived before me and a few minutes later I had this beautiful puppy in my arms❤️ She sent photos and kept me updated and answered any questions I had.
