Meet the breeder

I'm Annette, the breeder behind MI Doodles located in Marne, MI. We’re dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices and do our best to make sure our pups get excellent care. Puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation, socialization, daily outdoor play time, and started on training at a young age. We want to be the best choice for your next puppy.

Q. & A. with Annette

  • Why did you start breeding?

I grew up raising various farm animals and my love for puppies began at a young age. When our boys were little we knew we wanted a dog and the love for our first Goldendoodle seemed to naturally develop into us starting to breed.
  • What makes your program special?

We price puppies so they will find their furever families quickly. We want you to get an amazing puppy at an affordable price. We strongly believe puppies will do better if they go to their furever home early on and receive one-on-one attention, care, and training rather than be overpriced, waiting months for their new family.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Bernedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Bernese Mountain Dog puppies are black rust and white. Bernedoodle puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Annette was great all the way through our puppy process. Very good with communication! Very easy to work with and helpful. Our sweet Bernie slept through the night day one. Bonus: he already knew how to use a doggy door and that made potty training so much easier.

Annette made this whole process of finding my new puppy so easy for me. She was so great at helping me make a choice and when I did she regularly sent me picture updates and updates on how he was doing. You can tell that she really put the time, effort, and care into each puppy. She was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. She spent time with the puppies training and stimulating, this really shows and I could see it from day 1 of bringing my puppy Koda home. Whole experience 10/10 and now I have a new best friend to give my love to ♥️

Annette was always quick to respond and shared lots of photos during the weeks before we got him! She was so helpful and went above and beyond what I was expecting! I can really see the quality breeding as well as the time and effort that Annette put into Elminster before we got him. You can tell he's very well bred. He was already mostly potty trained when we picked him up and already had his first vaccines which was awesome. He is the sweetest boy and everyone who meets him says they want one as well!

Annette was great. Amazing communications. My puppy was sick the night before I was supposed to pick him up. She stayed up until way late in the night with him to monitor and kept me very updated. She was extremely nice and made sure to send us home with a bag of everything we needed for him. Whenever I decided to get another Bernese I will 100% be going to her again.
