We had recently lost one of our fur babies, Thor, and felt in our hearts that we needed to bring a new little one home. From the very beginning, Kassia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so prompt in responding to my messages, answered what felt like a million questions, sent me all the information I asked for, and reassured me that we would be getting a sweet girl. And she was absolutely right. ❤️ We named her Nova, which means new light and fresh beginnings. After losing Thor, we felt the name was perfect for her and for this new chapter in our lives. Nova is the sweetest, most loving, sassy, and playful little girl. She slept through the night, has had no accidents in the house, and absolutely loves her big sisters. The kids were completely surprised when we brought her home and immediately fell in love with her. 🥹❤️ She has already brought so much love and happiness into our home. We are so thankful for her and for the experience we had with Kassia. Thank you so much! We would highly recommend Kassia to anyone looking to add a sweet new member to their family! 🐾❤️

Kassia was very responsive from the start. Kept us updated on the puppies progress such as vet appointments, shots, and potty training. You can tell they love their puppies as our was very affectionate and overall very happy and chill. When it was time for pickup she provided a care package with food, cedar shavings, his records, and a blanket. I highly recommend Kassia to anyone looking to add a Berniedoodle to their family.
