I'm Meagan M., the breeder behind Miller Creek Standard Poodles located in Atlanta, TX. We breed AKC standard poodle. Our poodle parents are free and clear of genetic diseases as well as OFA certified. We focus on raising our puppies with ENS and ESI. We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!
Q. & A. with Meagan
Why did you start breeding?
Before being a stay at home mom, I worked as a veterinarian technician for small animals. I’ve always had a passion for animals but more so, the standard poodle. Which was my “dream dog” nearly 15 years ago. Now, with lots of research, I own 2 Spoo’s of my own and they truly are an amazing breed.
What makes your program special?
We are striving to produce amazing, well tempered Standard Poodles. Genetic testing is complete on our dogs and clear of any and all genetic issues that may be passed down for their specific breed.
OFA’s have been completed on parents.
Puppies will be raised with ENS and ESI, introduction to loud noises, surface and tactile stimulation, along with temperament tested at 7 weeks of age.
We like to match puppies with their perspective owners around 7 weeks of age. We want to make sure our puppies fit your lifestyle and needs.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
