I'm MONA S., the breeder behind MoJazz Poodles located in Colorado Springs, CO. I'm a preservation breeder focusing on conformation, genetic diversity, and temperament. I'm passionate about puppy development! I offer AKC/UKC registered, Champion and Grand championed-sired Standard Poodles, in solid and multi-colors, available on occasion to pet, therapy and performance homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I got my first Poodle in 2011 and have adored the breed ever since! My love for Poodles inspired me to share this amazing breed with the world in a responsible way. My goal is to produce puppies that are healthy, resilient and have the ability to excel in the show ring, performance sports and as wonderful family companions.
What makes your program special?
I am known for and am passionate about puppy development and put lots of time and attention into raising puppies that are happy, confident, and resilient to stress. I work with passion, heart, and integrity, and I strive for excellence in whatever I choose to do. I would be honored to connect you with one of my beloved Poodle puppies!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, brown, cream, red, silver, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from MONA
MONA has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes a confident resilient puppy, 3 year health warranty, AKC prepaid registration, microchipped, first puppy vaccines, puppy bag with lots of goodies, and lifetime of breeder support. Deposits are due only AFTER application approval and pregnancy confirmation and usually not until pups are born so we can see breakout of sex and color. Deposits can be moved to a future litter.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS), Day Blindness, Achromatopsia, PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 (PRA-crd4), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
