I'm Virginia S., the breeder behind Momma's Minis located in Medina, OH. Family pets with taking pride in the health and temperaments. Our dogs are bred to be wonderful family members. Puppies are prepared using curriculum by puppy culture and badass breeders. My breeding program is my full time career allowing me to focus on pups meeting all developmental milestones.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always been involved with horses and dogs. We are a huge 4h family. I showed horses and dogs when I was in 4h and as an adult. I always wanted to share my love of animals with others. After I retired and closed my licensed childcare center & preschool after 23yrs I began a 2nd career in starting my breeding program & grooming pets part time in my home salon.What makes your program special?
I work my program full time investing all my love and time into each puppy. I am with moms for each and every puppy delivered giving them great love for giving us beautiful babies. I want to prepare each puppy for their forever family's needs. Communication is a top priority in my program.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Virginia partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“I go in order of deposits received and once the puppies are old enough to pick, their eyes open, usually around 3/4wks old”

“Puppy price includes deposit credited toward the total price, routine deworming, vet exam, age-appropriate vaccines, plus puppy socialization and early education to prepare for their new home. 🐾❤️. The deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy. I go in order of deposits paid for families to pick which puppy they would like once the puppies are old enough to pick.”

Their first litter arrived in 2024, and these puppies have grown into absolutely amazing dogs. Several have gone on to become wonderful therapy dogs, and families continually tell us how loving, devoted, intelligent, and people-focused they are. A HavaCavaPoo combines three wonderful companion breeds: 50% Havanese, 25% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and 25% Toy Poodle. This is way overdue, sorry, Virginia. Virginia was responsive and knowledgeable about her dogs. You can tell she really cares about her puppies and loves to hear about how her puppies are settling down in their new homes. She took the time and answered all my questions as I was hesitant about getting another cavalier due to them having heart issues. She stands by the health of her puppies and provides the health records of the parents. Many breeders just do this for the money, but Virginia really puts in a lot of time and effort in her puppies before they go off into their new homes. We’ve had Zoey now for 3 weeks, and the very first day she was very social, loves kids, extremely happy and energetic. I live in Maryland, and Virginia’s husband drove Zoey all the way to Maryland from Ohio, which is not an easy drive. I’m very appreciative and can’t thank them enough. We will be getting another one from Virginia soon.

I was pretty careful in selecting a breeder, I was worried about puppy mills and the treatment of the breeding dogs. Virginia has just a few dogs, is also a groomer, a mother, and has a little operation. Virginia accompanied my male Havapoo puppy a few weeks ago. First, I would like to thank her for flying him to San Francisco. She went above and beyond and put my mind at peace. Virginia raised a very calm puppy who has the Zoomies twice a day for my entertainment. He slept through the night from the beginning. After a few days he claimed his crate as his own. She socialized him well so meeting people and other dogs is a regular part of our day. He has a very soft mouth so the typical puppy bites are cautious. I couldn’t be happier with this pup and I highly recommend Virginia for the support and extra effort she made in preparing him to live in my home.
