Q. & A. with Allison
Why did you start breeding?
My journey into breeding began with the first golden retriever whose gentle nature and affectionate demeanor made him a beloved companion. When he passed away, we decided to bring Luna into our family. Inspired by Luna's sweet disposition and the joy she brought to our household, I made the decision to breed her and share the qualities that make golden retrievers so special.
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program focuses on health, temperament, and intelligence. We start with ENS from days 3-16, begin potty training at 3-4 weeks, crate training at 5-6 weeks, and confidence building and environmental socialization all throughout. In addition, puppies are temperament tested to ensure the best possible match with their new families.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
