Q. & A. with Salley
Why did you start breeding?
We are a family who has had Miniature Australian Shepherds for years. In 2020, we moved to a farm in SC that has allowed us the space we need to breed high-quality MAS. We focus on ASDR registration because we think the MAS is the perfect dog for small farms and homesteads, that want a child-friendly guard dog that can also work to protect small homesteads from predators.
What makes your program special?
All puppies are raised in our home. They come to you handled and loved every day! They are well-socialized, with gentle exposure to other humans, pets, and livestock. All puppies come with a health guarantee and contract, tails docked, dew claws removed, worm treatment, and vaccinations.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Miniature American Shepherd puppies include red tri-color, black tri, red merle, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
