I'm Katie P., the breeder behind Moonlight Poodles located in Whigham, GA. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament. Great family dogs with healthy genetics and good conformation. We have focused on finding the perfect dogs for us. Hunting, showing and service pups! I’m so excited to see what the future holds!

Why did you start breeding?
I’ve been around it my whole life! My family has bred dogs for years. I work at a vets office as a vet tech and I’ve seen what bad breeders look like and I want to ensure that the standard poodles are bred to better the breed! And watching puppies go to their new families brings me the most joy!What makes your program special?
My dogs are my best friends. These are not just dogs, they are family.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Animal Genetics Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
