    Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Michael

Michael has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    KoKo’s First Day Home Meet KoKo. She is the cutest, most rambunctious 1.9 pound of fluff and sharp teeth that I have ever seen. We picked her up from Aimee and Michael Saturday afternoon at a pickup spot. And if you haven’t met Aimee and Michael, you haven’t met the best miniature schnauzer breeders on Good Dog. They really are the best. They began building a relationship with me the second I let them know that I was interested in their program. BUT, I digress…back to KoKo. She is a beautiful, healthy little girl and I think she knows that she owns every room that she enters. Needless to say, we love her as well as our newfound relationship with our awesome Good Dog breeders, Aimee and Michael. They are the go-to breeders for all things “mini-schnauzer”.     Michael and Aimee were incredible to deal with from the get go. Our family of 6 were really looking for a mini Schnauzer and we discovered Othello. From the first communication all the way to pick up was amazing. Our little guy came with a special touch which I think made a stemless transition from puppy to our home - a blanket filled with the scent of his mom and litter mates. From night one his "bedroom (crate)" was made cozy with that blanket and has made training very easy. Potty training has been super easy as well. Overall a great experience and 2 thumbs way up for Michael and Aimee. Thanks for Making the experience so great. Attached are a few photos of our little bundle of joy

    This is my first time purchasing a puppy through a breeder and I am so grateful that I went through the process with Michael and Aimee from Moonshine's Minis. From the very beginning they have been extremely friendly, approachable, supportive, empathetic, trustworthy, and responsive. Both Michael and Aimee are such wonderful people and what I think what sets Moonshine's Minis apart from other breeders is that they are so passionate about their work and you can tell they strive to make sure their puppies are raised in such a loving and nurturing environment. I felt like we worked together as a team/family the entire time, which definitely made the entire process smooth. For example, they would send lots of updates about how well our sweet little Charlee (Juliet) was growing and her little quirks. They were also very gracious enough to meet my family & I halfway for the pick-up location, were flexible about pick-up date/time (most especially because it was during the holiday season), and even gave us alot of tips & supplies to ensure we felt confident and prepared to transition Charlee into our home. Cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to have met Michael and Aimee from Moonshine Minis and for all they do, most especially for helping raise Charlee during her early stages in life and providing that lifetime support for us. Strongly recommend Moonshine Minis to anyone out there looking forward to welcoming a lovely miniature schnauzer puppy into their lives!
