I'm Gail B., the breeder behind Moose Creek Minis located in San Patricio, NM. I’ve been raising Aussies since 1985. My goal is to provide healthy companions with great temperaments for loving homes. Many of my owners have multiple pups from me, they really are like potato chips! It’s hard to have just one.
Q. & A. with Gail
Why did you start breeding?
Aussies have proven to be wonderful companions in my life and it is a privilege to share that love and friendship with others. I started raising these wonderful pups in 1985 and have been passionate about them ever since.
What makes your program special?
I breed healthy, beautiful puppies. I take my job seriously, knowing that my puppies will become someone's well-loved pet. Each puppy is considered a member of my family and I ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes. My dogs are bred for health, conformation, temperament, and structure, and I take pride in my breeding program.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Aussiedoodle puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle and black and white. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, black tri, blue merle, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Parent health testing
Moose Creek Minis reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Aussiedoodles.
Orivet Genetics, Full Breed Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
