Meet the breeder

I'm Rebecca S., the breeder behind Morocco Chows- Specializing in Smooth Coats located in Harlingen, TX. We are responsible breeders who are passionate about Chows. We are a hobby breeder of the smooth coat variety. They lack the fluff rough coats have yet share everything else, down to their aloof personalities! We also breed rough coats, however personal preference is to the smooth coat. Ask us why!

Q. & A. with Rebecca

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was raised by a chow chow and as a young adult was on the search for one when I came upon my Cloudy and Zetha and the rest was history. I want to breed healthy moderate boned chows
  • What makes your program special?

Aside from standing out by being smooth coats, my chows are healthy and of sound mind. They are able to endure the high heat of south Texas
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red, cream, and cinnamon. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
