I'm Julie A., the breeder behind Muddy Acre Pups located in Florida. We are not your typical breeder! We raise and train puppies with intentionality and purpose. We raise our puppies with curriculum everyday to help desensitize them to frightening sights and sounds. We train them to be confident and not afraid to try new things! We temperament test all of our puppies so we can help you pick out the perfect companion for YOU! We provide basic training as well as potty training.
Q. & A. with Julie
Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the personality and trainability of goldendoodles with our first Mama pup - Charlie! From there we spent a year studying and learning about ethical breeding practices and trained under some of the best breeders and trainers we know!
What makes your program special?
All of our mama pups live with us in our home as pets and our studs live with friends in guardian homes as their pets! We work with the puppies daily so they are socialized with a variety of different personalities, sights, sounds, obstacles etc. All puppies are born and raised around people and are handled daily and as they grow we train them with basic manners: Sit, Off, Yes! No, Wait, Down, as well as leash training!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, black, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
