I'm Rhonda D., the breeder behind Mule Mountain Doodles located in Chandler, AZ. I am a small in-home breeder & only have a few litters a year. I focus on quality over quantity. Q. & A. with Rhonda

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have always been involved with animals. I was raised on a ranch. 4-H, Horses, rabbits and now dogs. It's very rewarding to breed a dog based on their breed standard (even hybrids) and create a beautiful animal that is intelligent, empathetic, athletic and structurally correct.
  • What makes your program special?

We utilize Puppy Culture and other desensitization and socialization curriculums. Puppies are worked with and loved on daily. We use Volhart Aptitude Testing as well as observation logs at to determine each puppy's core personality to help determine what family dynamic they will fit best with. Your puppy will be healthy, well adjusted, and socialized.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Labradoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sheepadoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Labradoodle puppies include red, apricot, cream, chalk, chocolate, black, silver, and tri-color. Sheepadoodle puppies include merle, black, blue merle and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
