I'm Regina V., the breeder behind Murphree Valley Kennels located in Oneonta, AL. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. Our puppies become integral members of our family. They’re a daily part of everything we do until they’re ready to join their forever families.

Why did you start breeding?
We bought our first girl Marlee 6 years ago. We fell in love with the breed. We then bought a sister for her, Ellie Mae. After being around them and seeing their loyalty and the love they brought to our family we decided to start breeding. I love the fact they didn’t shed and they were so smart.What makes your program special?
I spend time each day with all my dogs. I keep their health as my top priority. I stand behind the health and well being of all my animals. I strive to produce the best puppies that are socialized, healthy, and happy. I aim to please each person that chooses to purchase from me.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Regina
Regina has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.
“The price includes AKC or CKC registration, up to date vaccinations, vet checkup, tails docked, dew claws removed. Once you decide you want to purchase a puppy from me I do require a $200 deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit is non- refundable.”

Regina may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Parent health testing
Murphree Valley Kennels reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Miniature Schnauzers.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
