I'm Brenda B., the breeder behind My Gang Bulldogs located in Murrayville, GA. A lot of time and effort is devoted toward the selection of the best sires for our girls. Health is of utmost importance as well as conformation, personality and temperament, well socialized and happy puppies. We breed only one litter a year to provide these qualities to our future puppy families.
Q. & A. with Brenda
Why did you start breeding?
After getting my first bulldog, people would say, "Oh they have so many problems." This puzzled me so I starting researching their health history. I knew I had a lot to learn, so I joined several Dog Clubs and starting going to shows. When I learned that Maxxi was worthy of breeding, she was bred to a well-known champion sire. That began my journey into what has become my passion and devotion.
What makes your program special?
The primary focus is on the betterment of the breed when selecting a sire for my girls. Health testing is essential. I find that so many families buy a puppy but then are left to figure things out for themselves later. I continually communicate with my puppy families and help educate them in making good choices for their new puppy. Staying in touch is important. I continue to educate myself also.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
