I'm Nancy S., the breeder behind Nancy Smith Woodcrest Frenchies located in Riverside, CA. We're a home-run breeder of French Bulldogs who loves showing our dogs in the daytime just as much as cuddling with them at night. We do not breed often and like to show our dogs before we breed them. Our dogs are part of our family, and we always proudly stand behind the health of well-being of both our dogs and our pups.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We own a Lab that we used to breed years ago. We decided to retire her and only breed our Frenchies to continue our show line and improve the breed overall.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our goal is to improve the breed standard. Our dogs must be health checked and have standard colors before we breed them. We only breed with the best genetics that will contribute positively to the breed.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Nancy

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes AKC Registration application, age-appropriate vaccinations, and dewormings. Puppies are microchipped prior to pickup. The puppies see the vet before they leave for their forever homes. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of gender or color.   • Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Hyperuricosuria (HUU)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Within a couple weeks I brought Ryun aka Poe home with me.
