I'm Jean P., the breeder behind New River Gorgeous Puppies located in Oak Hill, WV. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. We work hard to breed exemplary dogs that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies, and we strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability.

Why did you start breeding?
A love for dogs and overall enjoyment of raising good natured pets for other dog lovers! Puppies are a lot of work, but oh so fun!!What makes your program special?
If you purchase one of our puppies, you will get weekly updates and pictures. We welcome visits and questions. A lot of interaction-they grow up in our sun room right along side us. Our grandkids help out and come play with our puppies. We strive to keep them healthy. We work at pre-pottery training and keeping them clean. As they get older we spend time outside, weather permitting.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Jean
Jean has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jean partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“All of my puppies are the same price. Includes litter registration with ASDR. Once a puppy is secured weekly updates and pictures are sent out. Also come with full breeding rights, worming, first shots, and vet health check. Puppies will go home with a puppy kit including blanket, toys, small amount of our dog food to get you started.”
