I'm Debbie T., the breeder behind North Idaho Miniature Aussiedoodles located in Post Falls, ID. At NIMA, our puppies are family. We focus on health, happiness, and strong foundations with Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), litter box training, and sound desensitization. Raised with love, our puppies grow into confident, loving companions who bring joy to their forever families. 🐾.
Q. & A. with Debbie
Why did you start breeding?
I began breeding after my first experience with RuBee, my Miniature Australian Shepherd, who brought so much joy into my life. When I later added Poodle to the mix, I was amazed by the balance—smart, loyal, and loving all in one. Breeding gives me the chance to share that joy by raising healthy, well-adjusted companions and connecting them with families who will love them just as much.
What makes your program special?
At NIMA, we put heart into every litter. Breeding pairs are chosen for health and temperament, and puppies are raised in our home with love and care. This helps them grow into confident companions ready for family life. Our support continues after adoption with training, nutrition, and care. If you’re looking for a loyal Miniature Aussiedoodle, we’d love to help you find the right match.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brown and white, blue merle, red merle, black tri-color, red phantom, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Daisy
Meet Daisy
Daisy is a stunning F1 Miniature Aussiedoodle with a personality as unforgettable as her striking looks. With her intense blue eyes that seem to look right through you, she has a way of connecting deeply and instantly with everyone she meets.
Playful and full of life, Daisy loves nothing more than to show off her zoomies, bounding around with joyful energy and a sparkle in her eye. She’s naturally inquisitive and curious, always eager to explore her surroundings and figure out what’s going on.
But don’t let her high energy fool you — Daisy is just as happy to curl up close, snuggle in, and soak up all the love you can give. She thrives on connection and adores being as close as possible to her people, proving time and again just how incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loving she truly is.
Her temperament makes her the perfect combination of fun, brains, and devotion — qualities we’re proud to see her pass on to her puppies.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
