Meet the breeder

I'm Michaela K., the breeder behind OK America Kennels located in Elmore City, OK. We prioritize health testing, sound structure, and stable temperaments in every breeding decision. Our dogs are raised with care, intention, and lifelong breeder support. Quality over quantity, always.

Q. & A. with Michaela

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding through a love of dogs and a desire to do it the right way. Over time, that passion grew into a commitment to health testing, careful pairings, and lifelong responsibility for the dogs I produce. Each step has been intentional and education-driven.
  • What makes your program special?

My program is small and intentional, prioritizing health testing, sound structure, stable temperaments, and correct breed type. Every pairing is thoughtfully planned, puppies are raised with care, and homes are chosen carefully. I provide lifelong support and focus on quality over quantity.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include brindle, cream, and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
