I'm Elizabeth K., the breeder behind Once Upon A Dream Corgis located in Idaho Falls, ID. We are a small, family-run, program focusing on producing quality, health tested corgis; balancing pedigree, conformation, and drives, while keeping that corgi personality we all love!
Q. & A. with Elizabeth
Why did you start breeding?
We have a small breeding farm where we raise horses and dogs. I enjoyed working with my foals so much and seeing the potential I could bring forth, that we wanted to start raising quality dogs focusing on health and temperament. We have loved seeing these puppies bloom as they grow up! We love spending time with our babies and seeing their littler personalities come out!
What makes your program special?
We strongly focus on health and temperament. We fully test all of our dogs for their required testing and more. We carefully pick strong, healthy lines with drives for the purpose we are striving to produce. Our Corgis have a show line as well as a working line. We think the foundation of a good dog is health. Our corgis have all the required genetic and OFA test as well as additional tests!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
