Why did you start breeding?
Niko was my first Golden and the love of my life. That was it, I was hooked on the breed from that point!What makes your program special?
I take great pride in producing healthy, happy puppies of shoe quality at an affordable price. I host and OFA Heart, Eye, Thyroid, Patella & Dentition clinic at my kennel yearly I have produced multiple successful service & therapy dogs. I have two homebred CH & GCH AKC Goldens. I stand behind every puppy with a 2 yr health guarantee Once you own an OPK Golden 🐾 you are family for life ❤️What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes a 2-year health guarantee and lifetime support. The deposit is to hold a puppy on our list. If the breeding doesn’t take or the sex you requested wasn’t born, you have the option of moving your deposit to the next litter or getting your money back.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI), Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Dentition
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Profile, PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 5 (NCL5), Golden Retriever Type, Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type 1, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Golden Retriever Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
