I'm Vicky O., the breeder behind Otto’s Papillons located in Kenly, NC. Present litter will be ready January 4th! We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.

Why did you start breeding?
We started breeding and co-owning dogs with JIMJAC’s Kennels.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black brown and white, white and black, and sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Vicky

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Both parents DNA tested and clear. Puppies will be vaccinated, Wormed X 3, Microchipped with AKC Reunite and Vet Checked Healthy before going to their new homes. Purchase contract will be in place that all puppies will be vet checked within 48 hours of pickup by purchasers vet. Deposits are $500 and are non-refundable.”

Parent health testing
Otto’s Papillons reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Papillons.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
