Meet the breeder

I'm Tina M., the breeder behind Outlands Corgis located in Latah, WA. Our goal is to produce quality puppies that will be amazing pets and dogs that can be structurally sound in temperament, athleticism, and intelligence. We raise our pups indoors and follow early nurturing as well as early temperament testing methods while maintaining a closed kennel for your pup's protection. Read more on our website!

Q. & A. with Tina

  • Why did you start breeding?

My family raised dogs, I was a 4-H kid, I managed a MAP-certified aviary, and I had national champion-level rabbits. Genetics and trait building has always been a passion for me. The entire process of creating a better representation of what I was working on trait by trait at a genetic level and not just smush dog A to dog B for puppies and hope for the best. I was told once that it wasn't the champion that was the end of the journey, but the journey to make that champion is what matters.
  • What makes your program special?

I don't think I'm special. A lot of breeders do what I do. Don't get me wrong, I think I'm pretty awesome, but what makes my program really worth it is the clients! I can't begin to explain how wonderful it is to see my dogs paired up with some of the most stellar humans out there. It's a real community and it makes me strive that much harder to make my pups and process special for them all.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“All our pet puppies are the same price regardless of color and gender. The only time a puppy is more expensive is if it's from an outside stud or I allow breeding rights - which is not often and the dog has to pass all required health tests, OFA and obtain titles either in conformation or sports. This is a non-refundable holding fee.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
