I'm Kurt W., the breeder behind Padow Chows located in Las Vegas, NV. I am a small hobby breeder of carefully selected Chow Chows. My focus is on excellence in every aspect of my breeding program. I offer top-quality Chow Chows for show and pet homes. I work hard to produce healthy, happy Chow Chow puppies, and I take great pride in my breeding program.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Although I am very involved in showing my dogs, they are beloved companions first and foremost. I decided to responsibly breed them as a way to connect my pups to others that will love them just as much as I do. I decided it was truly my calling when I realized the joy of helping others find puppy love!

  • What makes your program special?

    I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to my dogs and my policies. I am thorough in health testing and caring for my dogs, and I make sure each puppy gets the proper group and individual care that it needs to thrive. My goal is to ensure that every dog that comes from my program is set up to live a happy and healthy life and is prepared for its future role when it leaves my care.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Kurt

Kurt has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $3,200 - $4,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes Quality AKC registrable puppies that meet the standard. They are wormed and socialized. You have 24 hour access to me for questions or advice. Non refundable Deposit will get you on the list as an approved puppy buyer. Evaluations of the puppies are conducted and you will be notified which puppies are available to choose from.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kurt may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
