I'm Serena P., the breeder behind Palmer’s Bullies located in West Virginia. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others.

It was a very easy process dealing with Serena from the very beginning to the end. However, we are still talking about our Annabel “Annie”, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her. Serena and I have become friends through our stories and love of the EBT. Would highly suggest her to anyone looking to buy an EBT.
