From the very beginning, Pam was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire adoption process. Her communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way. She welcomed our family to meet Dakota in person, ensuring we had the opportunity to bond before bringing her home. She even arranged another visit a few weeks later to help Dakota get more comfortable with us. Pam went above and beyond by providing regular updates, sharing photos, and keeping us informed about Dakota’s progress. Even after we brought Dakota home, she has continued to be an incredible resource, always available to answer any questions we have. This entire experience has been nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a well-cared-for and loving pup. Her dedication and passion for her dogs truly shine through, and we couldn’t be happier with our new furry family member!
