I'm Lynn D., the breeder behind Paradise Poodles located in Sarasota, FL. Our mission is to raise healthy, happy, adorable Poodle puppies and connect loving families with their new best friend! The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy and well-loved dogs. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I ended up having a couple females toy size, a tiny male and decided to mate the girls to see what I would get. They were AKC registered from excellent stock with great dispositions and beautiful color. It was very hard to give these puppies up to new owners, but when I saw the joy that these babies brought, I wanted to make more people happy.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs stay with me from puppies to adults. My dogs live in my home. When my breeders retire, I keep them until they cross the rainbow bridge.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include sable, black, cafe au lait, silver, parti, phantom, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lynn

Lynn has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Lynn partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Price includes registration application, age appropriate vaccination and worming by a licensed veterinarian, socialized and potty training started. Once a puppy is purchased the sale is final and no refund will be given. It is simply not fair for a puppy to go through a transition to a new owner only to be disrupted by someone that does not commit to the ownership. Please take this commitment seriously. This precious puppy only wants someone to love! The deposit is refunded if the puppy becomes ill or is deemed unhealthy for adoption then the deposit is fully refunded."

  • Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    We met Lynn about 3 weeks ago. We called to check on a toy poodle pup she had listed on Good dog. She actually owns Paradise poodles in Sarasota Fl. We wanted to go look at him and she said we could. We fell in love with Casey. She would deliver them on a Mon. when they were 8 weeks. She delivered them here at our house and said another pup had become available. This was Cole. We decided to take him too. I liked the idea she wanted to deliver them so she could see where they were going to live. These are the best pups and smart. They are fast learners. Lynn goes above and beyond making sure the pups are going to have a great home. We can't say enough good about Lynn. She is a great breeder and a great person. Glad we met her.

    My husband and I purchased Jackson aka "Jax" from Paradise Poodles. I fell in Love with Lynn and Jax right away. She is so knowledgeable and supportive. We found out we had other experiences in common. She will become a lifelong friend and mentor. Winky is his brother and Jax was the shy one. We've had him one week and he now runs our household.     The process of adopting my new pup was such a comfort to me. I trusted Lynn immediately and felt she understood my recent loss of my beloved poodle Grady, a chocolate toy who was attacked by a neighbor's recent rescue dog. I found her videos and interactions with the puppies healing and restorative for my empty house. Winky has been home with me for a week and he is loving, playful, mischievous, unafraid of new people and friendly towards neighborhood dogs. He is a big favorite with other dog owners at my condo and everybody wants to pet him, hold him and play with him. I think this behavior all stems from his initial home environment and that he is a fuzzy wad of cotton. I'm so glad that I chose Lynn's puppies and I bet everyone will have the same good experience.
