I'm Kyle P., the breeder behind Parson Standards located in Randallstown, MD. I’m a responsible breeder in Randallstown MD, with a focus on health, temperament, and socialization. My goal is to breed quality family companions that can excel in any venue. Our poodle are part of our family first, and live among us as well as our other pets. My goal is to provide other families the pleasure of living with this beautiful breed.

Kyle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kyle partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
“The price includes health guarantee, AKC registration, and puppy socialization. All our puppies are sold with excellent health. The deposit will be deducted from the puppies full price. The seller also guarantees that your chosen puppy will not be sold to another party other than the buyer.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. She also holds two AKC titles, showcasing her trainability, sound temperament, and willingness to excel. Whether she's competing, learning something new, or simply spending time with the people she loves, Yuki approaches every moment with enthusiasm and grace. She embodies the qualities we value most in a Poodle—beauty, intelligence, sound health, and an affectionate, devoted personality—and we are proud to have her as an important part of our program.

About Zoey
Zoey Capri, Zo Bear or ZoZo, is our 3-year-old silver Standard Poodle. She stands at 25 inches at the wither and weighs 52 pounds. Affectionate, calm, and responsive, Zoey has the characteristics of an emotional support animal. She makes sure to check in with every member of our family throughout the day, including our two cats. She loves cuddles, belly rubs, treats, and, most importantly, playing ball.

Kyle has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Parson Standards reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Standard Poodles.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
