I'm Jenny L., the breeder behind Pasatiempo Ranch located in San Antonio, TX. Our program is designed to produce low to non-shedding family companions, service dogs, and therapy dog candidates. We believe all puppies should be born into responsible hands. Our primary goal is to produce healthy dogs with the temperament to live as a valued family members.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our family has loved and owned Golden Retrievers for over 30 years. After 13 years with our beloved Golden boy Cody, we decided to open our home and hearts to a Goldendoodle named Calliope. She opened our eyes to the beauty of this doodle breed who has the same loyalty and playfulness as a Retriever as well as a good-sized dog for hiking, swimming, and of course just cuddling on the sofa.

  • What makes your program special?

    In our program, we ensure our breeding dogs are healthy and carefully selected prior to producing pups. We are raising beautiful pups who are always ready to take a long walk or hike but also content to binge a Netflix series on the sofa with you with no judgment and little to no shedding. We are passionate about our work and hope our puppies bring lasting joy and love into your homes!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jenny

Jenny has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Jenny partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 refundable deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Included: 30 days of free medical insurance through Trupanion, vet exam & first vaccines, heartworm & flea preventative. Take home bag with food sample, toys, blanket, records plus lifetime support. This deposit places me on the reservation list for one puppy. If you are not within pickup or meet distance please understand the deposit does not include payment for nanny transport.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jenny may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Jenny offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Jenny directly.
