I'm Sylvia A., the breeder behind Patitas located in Harker Heights, TX. We started breeding with the simple mission to breed the best dogs we can, raise them with love, and find them perfect future homes. We perform ENI & ESI, temperament evaluations, and a puppy curriculum to ensure they have the best start in life.

Why did you start breeding?
One day I decided to post on my social media pictures of one of my pets fresh haircut that I just gave him and people started asking where I took my dogs for grooming and all of a sudden I became a groomer. I had to educate on different breeds, their ways and maintenance levels and fell in love with the standard poodle in particular. I decided to get one for my own family and fell even more in love with their personality. Then decided to invest in good quality dogs in order to bless others with the same experience we are having with our pets.What makes your program special?
One thing was clear to us, we didn't want to be backyard breeders. We have invested on DNA health testing on all of our breeding program pets to guarantee that their offsprings are healthy. We have work since day 3 of puppies being born on neurological and scent stimulations. Daily, we work with the puppies to help them develop skills that could help them prepare for their new families. Still we have more test and certifications that we want to continue doing on our breeding program pets to get even more credibility of the quality we offer.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies are standard size. Poodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, black, and parti. Poodle puppies include brown, cafe au lait, cream, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Sylvia was amazing! Full of grace and kindness towards me…even when I accidentally showed up a day early to pick up Dumbo (aka Ziggy). She spent a lot of time communicating with me by phone and email. I told her of my experience with dogs and she shared very valuable suggestions that helped a great deal. You can see how well the pups responded to her and see the love she has for them. She also spent time grooming each one and they looked amazing! Just meeting her (and her beautiful family) you know the puppies had a ton of love given from each of them. And Ziggy is so sweet and I’m sure it’s because of how well he has been treated from birth. I cannot say enough about how blessed I feel to have my precious puppy and know that through good dog.com and Sylvia, that my whole experience was just wonderful! Sylvia also gives you a packet with all the paperwork about your pet and including vaccines given and schedule for the next ones…and a lot more very valuable information. Brilliant! I located Flounder [aka Milo] on the website and contacted Sylvia pretty much to find out what might happen next when it comes to purchasing a pup on the net. Sylvia's response was prompt and she was very willing to take all the time in the world to talk with me about the litter in general and Flounder in particular. During our first conversation, I could tell she is extremely honest but, more importantly invests her own love, care and attention to detail in her breeding program. I decided to take the leap! Sylvia delivered Flounder 2 days ago. After meeting Flounder, it took me just hours to realize exactly how much care and love Sylvia invests in her puppies! Flounder made eye contact with me immediately and the bonding started right away! The transition was seamless and from one loving puppy mom to the next. Flounder came to me confident, healthy, happy and super well-adjusted. Sylvia attended to each and every detail right down to a sleep blanket scented by the litter and a large stuffed toy to sleep with on his first day away from "home."
