I'm Jen T., the breeder behind Pawsable Dreams Vista located in Cotopaxi, CO. We breed for the unicorn dogs that can be trained as service & therapy dogs, get many excellent livestock guardians, and have had dogs successfully placed as pets with active families. Our dogs are matched with their best home between 10-14 weeks. NOTE: NO APARTMENTS! Our dogs need a yard.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I had a dog I fostered & rescued who became my heart dog service dog. She died suddenly from cancer we didn’t know she had at age 6. I found the CMD, met the breed founder, and fell in love with the dogs. I knew they could do more than one kind of job & decided to breed for service dog qualities, while maintaining the integrity of the livestock guarding ability - especially with smaller animals

  • What makes your program special?

    I spend a lot of time working with the puppies, and I have deep bonds with each dam, which allows me to do early neurological stimulation on my litters, socialize them inside & outside, around canes, wheelchairs, tractors, side x sides, kids and adults, other dogs & livestock. You pup will come to you walking on a leash.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include badger and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jen

Jen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $950 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Fee includes puppy vaccinations, regular puppy dewormings, microchipping, early neuro stim, intro to livestock & basic training, and breeder support for the new owner for the life of the dog.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jen may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Jen offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Jen directly.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
