Q. & A. with Diane
Why did you start breeding?
After doing extensive research by accredited authors and sites, and with the desire to eventually breed - I waited until I was knowledgable enough to best care the adult dogs and puppies, and to best understand the entire breeding process from start to finish.
What makes your program special?
We’re a small, family-run Morkie breeding program led by Nana (me!) & my 3 wonderful grandchildren. Our puppies are raised right in our home, surrounded by love, laughter, and everyday family life. From day one, they’re cuddled, socialized, and cared for like family—because they are.
—you’re joining a circle of love that starts right here in our home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Look who I found out of their whelping box!! Yes all 4 pups! Time to keep the door on the whelping box closed lol 😆 I just love every stage the pups go through. Soon they will be crawling and not doing the ‘puppy drag’. Next week they start on puppy food once a day. They are now very curious about the world around them as all 4 pups have opened their eyes.

Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Pawsitive Paws🐾 reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Morkies.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Diane made the experience of adopting a puppy easy and enjoyable. Rocky was so obviously loved and well cared for. She responded quickly to questions and any concerns, it was a pleasure working with her. Her three grandchildren added so much joy to the process! The entire family provided a wonderful start to Rocky’s life. His medical needs were up to date, she provided a complete medical record. I highly recommend Diane as a breeder, the experience was excellent!
