"Age appropriate vaccinations, worming and a vet check before going to new home. Socialization with other dogs and people. Exposure to different surfaces and sounds inside and out. Puppies are familiarized with water, clippers and nail grinding. Potty training and kenneling are introduced also."

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
