I'm Grace W., the breeder behind Payette Poodles located in Mc Call, ID. Our dogs are bred with a focus on confidence, athleticism, intelligence, health and socialization. We are dedicated in providing our families with wonderful, healthy family pets. Our breeding dogs are 100% genetically clear, OFA: cardiac, patellas, eyes, thyroid. PenHip.

Why did you start breeding?
I worked in the Veterinary field for more than 20 years and I was always fascinated by the Standard Poodles. Their elegance and intelligence was obvious. The way they looked at you was as if they were assessing the situation and understanding what was being asked of them. Their intense desire to please made an impact on me years prior to actually owning one. I wanted to share that with others.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home with love and care. They are exposed to different experiences and stimuli to help them develop into confident and well socialized puppies. The size of our breeding program guarantees that our puppies are raised receiving a huge amount of attention and experiences from the start, ensuring that our puppies integrate smoothly into their forever home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, moyen, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, cream, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
Getting a puppy from Grace
Grace has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Grace partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take care placing a puppy with the right family. I first interview to see if we are a good fit. I ask questions to see what stage of life they are in ie: working, retired, work from home, how they plan on exercising their dog, obedience training etc. Are they looking for a cuddle pup or an exercise partner.”
Price
“The price includes puppy vaccinations, de-worming, vet checked, microchip, AKC application, socialization. All our puppies are the same price regardless of color. I have to charge sales tax ($150/dog) if resident of Idaho. The lesser price $2300 is if the puppy is not sold by 10 weeks.”
