I'm Darlene C., the breeder behind Perfect Paw Kennel located in Port Arthur, TX. As a breeder we strive to improve the poodle breed. We focus on health testing not on what colors we are going to produce for more cash. All clear puppies will be given breeding rights. We do not keep any dogs/puppies in kennels they are all living life and take adventures with us.
Q. & A. with Darlene
What makes your program special?
I like to focus on health more than what colors I am producing. Now a days it is so hard to find a pure bred poodle that is health tested! That is what I want to do with my breeding program to produce healthy puppies and to produce toy poodles without IVDD/CDDY & CDPA. All of our fur babies live inside our home free from kennels.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, brown, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
