Meet the breeder

I'm Laurie S., the breeder behind Peyton Poodles located in Peyton, Co, Usa, CO. We give our dogs the best lives possible. We are looking for families and individuals that will provide our puppies with the same level of love and care. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members.

Q. & A. with Laurie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Since my father-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and I will be his caretaker, I have decided to start a new adventure in breeding Standard Poodles. I owned my own adoption service for 15 years and love helping birth mothers and adoptive families with the process of adoption. It brought me much joy and happiness. I look forward to this new adventure and all it has to offer.
  • What makes your program special?

I strive to hand raise all my puppies in a clean and playful environment custom designed to promote happy, healthy, and desensitized bundles of joy. I spend a good amount of time each day getting to know each puppy's personality and unique traits which helps me find the perfect family for each one of my puppies.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black, cream, silver, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Laurie is an amazing person to work with. We bought Maverick from her, he's the handsomest little guy ever. We went to Laurie's home and Laurie couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. She's honest, sticks by what she says, provided all health records, and is very passionate about her puppies and the people she let's them go with. She even sends you with a little bakery of goodies for your new puppy. While visiting with Laurie, we fell in love with another of her puppies. And well, we got her too. You can't go wrong if you buy your pet from Laurie.
